Springfield, Missouri's Glendale Falcons
The Falcons will travel to Southeast Missouri this weekend for a pair of matches. Please note that the kickoff times have changed.
On Friday, the Falcons will play the Cape Girardeau Central Tigers at 5:30pm in Cape Girardeau. The JV will play first with the Varsity match to follow.
On Saturday, the Falcons will play the Jackson Indians at 10:00am in Jackson. Once again, the JV will play first with the Varsity match to follow.
Players will be dismissed at 8:45am with bus departure set for 9:15am.
Driving directions to the fields are posted.
Don’t forget to make your motel reservations ASAP. The block of rooms will only be held until Wednesday, September 24.

The first Southwest Region Coaches Poll has been released and the Falcons are the top-ranked team in the area.
Others receiving votes: Carthage (1), Willard (1), Waynesville (1).
Don’t forget that Coach Rogers and the Falcons will be on The Jock 98.7 tomorrow morning at 10:35am. Players and members of the Falcons Nation are encouraged to attend the live event at Rivals.

The brackets for the Kickapoo Shootout have been released. The Falcons will play in the Brown Division and will play their first match against the Lee’s Summit West Titans at 6:30pm 7:30pm at Cooper Kickapoo North on Friday, October 10.

Cape Girardeau
On September 26 & 27, the Falcons will travel to Southeast Missouri to play the Cape Girardeau Central Tigers on Friday and the Jackson Indians on Saturday. The JV & Varsity will spend Friday night at the Drury Suites in Cape Girardeau, 573-339-9500.

Gateway City Soccer Classic in Collinsville, IL
On October 3 & 4 the Falcons will travel to Collinsville, IL to play in the Gateway City Soccer Classic. The Falcons will play in the Taigen Rose Finley bracket. The Falcons will open tournament play against the Morton Potters. The Varsity will spend Friday night at the Fairfield Inn in Collinsville, 618-346-0607.

On Saturday, September 20, Coach Rogers and the team will be on the Harbell Athletic Goods High School Highlights Show at 10:35am on The Jock 98.7 FM at Rivals Sports Bar and Grill.
