Glendale Soccer will be featured on the Jock 98.7 tomorrow (Thursday, November 14) from 10:15 – 11:00 a.m. Coach Rogers will be featured along with Glendale’s captains, Marshall Kinne and Brik Wilson.

Falcons Crowned Sectional Champs

Glendale defeated Rolla 1-0 on an own goal with approximately 2:10 left in the match.

Glendale will face DeSmet at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 16 at Kickapoo in a state quarterfinal match. DeSmet defeated Jefferson City 1-0 in their sectional match.

Falcons Crowned District 12 Champs

After 4 overtimes, Glendale defeated Kickapoo on penalty kicks, 4-2. The match was tied 0-0 after four overtimes. The first four Falcons to take penalty kicks made their shots (Blake Stinnett, Marshall Kinne, Clay Mason, and Gerardo Palmieri. A story about the game appears in today’s Springfield News-Leader.
