The Falcons will travel to Nixa on Thursday, September 22 to take on the Nixa Eagles. The JV match will begin at 4:30pm with the Varsity match to follow.
Players are responsible for their own transportation to this game. Players will not be dismissed early from school. Driving directions are available on this site.

The Concession Stand is in dire need of coverage for the upcoming home games. As a rule, the coverage is split between JV and Varsity parents so that everyone has an opportunity to watch their son play. Varsity parents are expected to work during JV matches and JV parents cover during Varsity matches.
If you would be willing to work at least one-half of a game this weekend please contact Barbie Lyons at 883-1615. At this point only four volunteers have stepped forward and we need additional help.
All proceeds from our concessions are used by the booster club to support the team. The Concession Coordinators thank you for your participation and support.

The Falcons will host the West Plains Zizzers on Tuesday, September 20. The JV match begins at 5:00pm and the Varsity match will follow.
This is the first of four games this week. The Falcons will travel to Nixa on Thursday, host Cape Girardeau Central on Friday, and host Poplar Bluff on Saturday.

Thursday’s News-Leader has a story about several of the area’s standout teams and players. The piece includes information about the Falcons and Ben Hamilton. There are errors in the story. First, New Mexico State does not have a soccer program. Second, it is Andrew Parsons that has made a verbal commitment to the University of New Mexico.
Also on Thursday, Steve Olson over at SGFsoccer.com posted his analysis of the upcoming Glendale vs. Kickapoo match and he gives the nod to Kickapoo.
On Friday, SGFsoccer.com posted the first State Soccer Poll which has the Falcons ranked #12 in the state.

The first Class 3 Southwest Missouri Coaches Poll has been released and the Falcons are ranked first. Steve Olson over at SGFsoccer.com has already posted the poll results, which also includes scoring leaders and keeper ratings.
