It’s hardly a surprise, but the Falcons have been seeded second for the District 11 tournament which we will host at Cooper. SGFsoccer has the complete list of seeds.
The Falcons will play the winner of the Hillcrest vs. Waynesville match on Tuesday, May 16 at 5:00pm. Seniors should still be able to make it to Senior Recognition Night at Glendale.

The boys soccer organizational meeting has been moved to Wednesday, May 10 at 6:30pm.
The meeting date had to be changed because the girls team had a rainout last week which was re-scheduled for Tuesday.

SGFsoccer has posted the most recent state soccer rankings.
Ranked Class 2 opponents include: #10 Hickman and #14 Rolla. Kickapoo and Rock Bridge each received votes. The only ranked Class 1 team the Falcons have faced is #9 Springfield Catholic.

The next pasta party will be held at the home of Jamie Bond on Sunday, May 7 at 5:00pm. This party is for Varsity and JV players.

SGFsoccer has posted an annoucement about the 2nd Southwest All-Star game to be played on June 22. There will be a boy’s match and a girl’s match. Nominations for the game are currently being solicited from coaches. See SGFsoccer for more information.
Take the day off work and spend it watching the beautiful game. The U.S. Men’s National team will be play Ghana in their final game of group play in the World Cup at 10:00am that morning.
