Three Falcons have been named to the Class 3 All-State team. Freshman midfielder Molly Brewer was named to the 1st team. Senior defender Emily Jordan and junior forward Lindsey Sprouse were named to the 2nd team. This is the first time that three Falcons have received All-State honors in the same season.
The complete list of All-State selections is available at SGFsoccer.com. It should soon be posted on the Missouri State High School Soccer Coaches Association Web site.
The final statewide coaches poll has been released. The Falcons finished the season ranked 10th. Last season, the Falcons finished the season ranked 14th.

Today’s News-Leader has a story about damage done at Lake Country:
A motorist was arrested late Tuesday at the Cooper Family Soccerplex after reportedly driving a pickup truck through a fence, damaging two soccer fields and ramming the truck repeatedly into a concession stand.
A Falcons alum has pointed us to an article that indicates it might have been an act of hooliganism.
The perpetrator might have had an iron-clad defense if he had done it after watching this morning’s U.S. vs. Brazil match in the Confederations Cup.
Update: Soccerplex Damage Not As Bad As Assumed
