Integrity Athletic Performance Summer Edge Program

Integrity Athletic Performance & Physical Therapy (IAPPT) offers athletes of every sport, age and skill level the opportunity to improve their speed, power, agility, quickness and overall conditioning. Their elite program provides the physical and mental training necessary to propel each athlete along their individual path to success. For more information about IAPPT, see their brochure.

Players may be especially interested in the summer training program. Integrity APPT Summer Edge Package is for athletes that want to run faster, jump higher and be stronger. The Summer Edge sessions will include a warm-up, speed and agility training followed by resisted weight training. Each session includes personal instruction andmotivation to help you reach your athletic goals. Speed, agility and strength testing is done monthly that will give you an Integrity Edge rating so you can track your progress.

Falcons Defeat Nixa Eagles

The Varsity defeated the Nixa Eagles, 3-2. Molly Brewer scored the game winning goal (Pictured above. Click on the photo to see a larger version) on an assist from Emilee Williams.

The JV lost to the Nixa Eagles, 0-1.

The Falcons play the Parkview Vikings tomorrow (Tuesday, April 20) on Parkview’s grass field. The JV will play first at 4:00pm.

Falcons Fall to Parkview

In the final match of the Kickapoo Shootout, the Falcons lost to the Parkview Vikings, 1-2. The two teams will meet again on Tuesday in an Ozarks Conference match.

In the second match of the Kickapoo Shootout, the Falcons defeated the Columbia Rock Bridge Bruins, 3-2 in 2OT. Molly Brewer scored the game winner with an assist from Lindsey Sprouse.
