Falcons Fall in District Semifinals

The Falcons lost to the Kickapoo Chiefs, 2-3 in (1OT) in the semifinal round of the District 11 tournament. The Falcons finish the season with a record of 13-5.
Match Stats: Alix Opfer (1G), Emily Cline (1G).

The District 11 championship game on Saturday night will feature Kickapoo vs. Nixa.

MSHSAA Denies Parkview’s Appeal

The Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) has denied Parkview’s appeal to resume play of Wednesday’s lightning-shortened District 11 semifinal match.

Tomorrow night’s District 11 championship game (6:30pm at JFK Stadium) will pit the Nixa Eagles against the winner of tonight’s Glendale vs. Kickapoo match.

The News-Leader reports that MSHSAA has ruled that the Parkview vs. Nixa match is complete.

Parkview has appealed and awaits a final decision from MSHSAA. The Glendale vs. Kickapoo game will be played at 6:30pm this evening. At issue is whether there will be a game or partial game between Nixa & Parkview beforehand.
