The Falcons will be playing in the Capital City Invitational this week (April 22-23, 2011) in Jefferson City at 179 Soccer Park. On Friday, players will be dismissed at 1:15pm with bus departure set for 1:45pm.

The Falcons travel to Christian County on Monday to take on the area’s other ranked Class 3 team–the Nixa Eagles. The bus will depart Glendale at 3:15pm. The JV match will kickoff at 4:30pm with Varsity match to follow.

The Falcons defeated the Parkview Vikings, 5-0, to take 3rd place in the Gold Division of the Kickapoo Shootout.

Nixa won the Gold Division by beating Rock Bridge, 3-2, in the first overtime.

In their first match of the Kickapoo Shootout the Falcons defeated the Poplar Bluff Mules, 6-0.
Match Stats: Alix Opfer (2G/1A), Becca Burton (2G), Emily Cline (1G/1A), Annie Powell (1G).
The Falcons will play at 10:00am on Saturday at Kickapoo South against the Rock Bridge Bruins. Rock Bridge came back after being two goals down to defeat Jackson, 3-2.
