Tuesday, May 31
3:15-4:00pm: Practice at the track. Players need to bring their running shoes.

Wednesday, June 1
9:15am: Glendale parade to honor the girls.
3:30-5:00pm: Practice on Cooper 3.
Banquet registration deadline.

Thursday, June 2
No practice.
JV only players should bring their uniforms and bags to the shed after school.
6:00-8:30pm: Banquet at the DoubleTree Hotel.
Final Four t-shirts will be sold at the banquet.

Friday, June 3
9:30am: The bus will depart Glendale.
5:00pm: Ursuline Bears vs. Incarnate Word Red Knights on Field 1.
7:00pm: Glendale Falcons vs. Liberty Bluejays on Field 1. Admission is $7.00. Parking is $2.00.

Saturday, June 4
1:00pm: Consolation Game on Field 5
6:00pm: Championship Game on Field 1.

Tuesday Practice (And More)

Practice tomorrow (Tuesday, May 31) will be from 3:15-4:00pm at the track. Players need to bring their running shoes.

Players will need to work with their teachers regarding final exams. All finals need to be completed by Thursday since the team will depart for St. Louis on Friday morning.

Summer 7v7 For Boys and Girls

Once again there will be a summer 7v7 league at Kickapoo. The league has been expanded to include a girls league. League play lasts for 5 weeks and is limited to those who will be high school students in the Fall. Registration forms and payment are due by June 10. See the flier for additional information.

Falcons Are Final Four Bound!

Glendale Falcons 2011 Postgame Photo

Glendale defeated Rock Bridge 1-0 in 2OT in the state quarterfinals.

The Falcons defeated the Rock Bridge Bruins, 1-0, in 2OT on a golden goal winner by Molly Brewer. Rock Bridge failed to convert a penalty kick with 29.7 second left in regulation. This is the Falcons’ second trip to the Final Four. Their first trip was in 2009.

The Falcons will play in St. Louis on Friday, June 3 at 7:00pm against the Liberty Bluejays. Liberty defeated Lee’s Summit North, 3-1. In the other semifinal, it will be Ursuline vs. Incarnate Word.
