Congratulations to Molly Brewer on her verbal commitment to play soccer for her father, Coach Rob Brewer, and the Missouri State University Bears in the Fall of 2012.

Missouri State competes in NCAA Division I and is a member of the Missouri Valley Conference.

In the District 11 championship game, the Falcons lost to the Nixa Eagles, 0-5.

This is Nixa’s first district title in Class 3.

The Falcons defeated the Kickapoo Chiefs, 2-1 in 1OT, in the District 11 semifinals at Kickapoo.
Match Stats: Austin Hart (1G/1A), Tony Palmisano (1G).

The Falcons defeated the Branson Pirates, 3-0. It was the first ever meeting between the two teams.
Match Stats: Austin Hart (1G/1A), Yamil Ocampo (1G), Nic Bauer (1G), John Chalender (1A).

The Falcons will face Kickapoo in a district semifinal on Tuesday, November 1 at 7:00pm at Kickapoo. This is the first time in over a decade that Glendale and Kickapoo have not played on a neutral field.

There will the a captain’s kick around at 2:00pm on Sunday.

All Varsity and JV players need to go to the library immediately after school on Monday to complete the sports survey. The Varsity will train from 3:15-4:15pm with both teams meeting for dinner at Pasta Express at 4:15pm.

Congratulations to the Pershing Generals for their 3-1 overtime win over Cherokee to win the middle school championship. It is the 7th middle school championship for the boys and Pershing’s 15th soccer championship. Details about the game can be found at PershingSoccer.com.
