The Central Bulldogs defeated Willard 3-2 (2OT) last night to win the District 12 championship.  The sectional game will be played on Tuesday, May 22 at  Drury’s Harrison Stadium.  Kick off is set for 6:oopm and the cost for admission will be $6.00; no school passes will be accepted.

The Falcons capture their 8th district tilte by defeating the Nixa Eagles tonight 2-1. They will now play District 12 winner the Central Bulldogs on Tuesday in sectional play.

The Falcons defeated Kickapoo 1-0 in the first game and Nixa defeated Ozark 4-0 to set up the Wednesday championship match. Kick off will be 6:00pm.

Kickapoo was a 10-0 winner over Branson tonight. Glendale will play Kickapoo on Monday at 5:00pm followed by the Nixa v Ozark match at 7:00pm.

We will also be collecting any soccer balls, or extra equipment you might have around the house to donate for a great cause. A group will be traveling to the Shadow of His Wings orphanage in Monjas, Jalpa Guatemala. There are currently about 80 children at the orphanage, most of them girls that have come from extremely abusive or neglected situations. Some are true orphans – meaning both mother and father have died. The majority however, are orphans for a variety of other reasons – they were abandoned at a young age, abused terribly by one or both parents, found on the streets, hanging in a witch doctor’s office, etc. The team will use the equipment to develop trust and realtionships with the kids to help them out. Please help us by donating.
