Soccer in the Oz

Glendale will play Fort Zumwalt South at 2:00pm on Friday at Blue Springs South.  Hotel and travel information will be released on Monday.  There will be a mandatory meeting on Monday for all players at 3:00pm in the cafeteria.  Training will be Tuesday & Wednesday in the stadium starting at 4:00pm.  Pasta at Andrew’s after practice on Wednesday.

The boys defeat Carthage 6-1 to earn the Quarterfinal match.

The Quarterfinal match will be against Helias Catholic in the Glendale stadium.  Kick off has been set for 1:00pm.

Match stats: Bob-bo with the HAT and an A, Choo-choo 1G, JCall 1G and Sophomore Sean 1G/2A.  Nueve 1A, E-Nance 2A and Little Nicky 1A.

The boys win Glendale’s 18th district title by defeating the

West Plains Zizzers 4-0.

Match stats:  Eise Eise Baby 1G, Little Nicky 1G, Bob-bo 1G & Twin Forward 1G.  Record Book Sophomore Sean 2A, Nueve 2A, P-Hed 1A & Husky 1A.

Saturday:  Glendale will be featured on the JOCK 98.7 at 11:20am.  Training will be from 2:00-3:30pm on the pooville grass field.

Falcons defeat the Tigers 3-1.  Joshie-C 2G, Bob-bo 1G, Sophomore Sean 2A & Little Nicky 1A.

Falcons will play West Plains at 6:00pm Wednesday in the Branson stadium for the district title.  Bus will depart the G at 4:00pm.
