Informational Meeting Slated

The first informational meeting for players and parents will be held on Thursday, May 15 at 7:00 p.m. in the Glendale Cafeteria. This meeting is for sign-ups and information. This will include the kick-around and running schedules for the summer, practice schedules, match schedules, and words of wisdom from the coaches. This is one meeting that you don’t want to miss. Please make every effort to attend. For additional information, contact Dale or Mary Donat.

The Varsity will play first today at 4:30pm with the JV match to follow. The match will be played at the new soccer field which is north of the high school and next to the football/baseball fields.

Smith-Cotton Tournament White Division Champs

Glendale won all 3 games this weekend to win the White Division of the Smith-Cotton Lady Tiger Soccer Tournament. The Sedalia Democrat has a story about the tournament including details of the Falcons victory over Sedalia Smith-Cotton.

Friday, April 25
6:00pm vs. Ray-Pec on CDSP #2

Saturday, April 26
9:00am vs. Kearney on CDSP #2
2:00pm vs. Smith-Cotton on SDSP

Directions
Highway 65 North to Sedalia.

Hotel
The team will be staying at the Super 8 (660-827-5890) Highway 65 North to Highway 50 (Broadway). West on Broadway. The Super 8 is located next to Applelby’s on Broadway.

Fields
Suzie Ditzfield Soccer Park (SDSP)
Turn west off of Highway 65 on 32nd Street (Best Western will be on the corner of Hwy 65 and 32nd). Stay to the right as the road will split. The field is located behind Skyline Elementary on the left.

Clover Dell Fields (CDSP)
Same directions to SDSP, but continue on past Skyline Elementary for approximately 2 miles. The entrance will be on your left.
