The Falcons (4-1) will host the Kickapoo Chiefs (3-2-1) tonight on Cooper 2. The JV will play at 5:00pm with the Varsity match to follow.
Tonight’s match with Kickapoo is just a friendly. The conference game will take place on May 9.
The Falcons have lost their last five matches against the Lady Chiefs. The last time the Falcons were victorious was a four overtime thriller to win the district championship on May 21, 2004.
This series has been very streaky. The Falcons won all of the meetings in 2003 and 2004. Kickapoo won all of the meetings in 2005 and 2006.

I am working on a post that will update the Falcons Nation about the post-graduation plans of our seniors. I would like to know where you plan to work or attend college, which sports (if any) that you intend to play, etc. See last year’s post if you have questions.
Senior boys and girls (or parents) please email your information to me before May 1.

Judy Frewin has tournament wristbands to sell for the Quincy Tournament. The wristbands are $10 each in advance and $12 at the tournament. The wristbands are good for all-weekend access to the soccer complex in Burlington, IA.
Checks should be made payable to “GHS Girls Soccer Booster Club.” Judy will have them available at every game she attends between now and the Quincy Tournament.

The Rolla Daily News states:
Just two games into their Ozark Conference slate, the Kickapoo Lady Chiefs are well on their way towards the conference title.
Right now, it looks like cross-town rival Glendale might be the only team that can stop them.
To quote Master Yoda: “No. There is another.”
FYI: Wednesday night’s match with Kickapoo is just a friendly. The conference game will take place on May 9.
