Falcons vs. Camdenton Lakers – Redux

by Administrator on September 10, 2007

Things have changed. Please read this carefully.

Tomorrow the Falcons will travel north to take on the Camdenton Lakers.

Players will be dismissed tomorrow (Tuesday, September 11) at 1:25pm with bus departure set for 2:00pm.

Because of road re-surfacing, here are special driving directions for the trip:

I-44 East to Lebanon. Take 5 North like you normally would into Camdenton. Please continue on Hwy 5 and turn right onto Hwy 54 towards Osage Beach. Once you pass the UPS Store you will turn right at the light (Elm Street). Elm will split and you will need to stay right on Laker Pride Road. Laker Pride will take you to the new high school and around to the soccer complex.

Don’t overlook the Lakers:

Quincy Soccer Classic

by Administrator on September 6, 2007

Quincy, M.E.There have been changes in the Brine Bracket at the Quincy Soccer Classic which will be held on September 28 & 29.

The Falcons will now play their first match against the Horlick Rebels from Racine, WI. (The Falcons Girls defeated Horlick in overtime this past Spring at the Tournament of Champions). The Wikipedia entry for William Horlick High School is interesting: malted milk, Polaris, Rebel Yeller, and World’s Best Prom.

The winner of the Glendale vs. Horlick match will play the winner of the the Cape Girardeau Central Tigers versus Morton (IL) Potters match. The losers of those two games will also play each other.

The Falcons will play Cape Central on September 21.

The web and PDF versions of the schedule have been updated.
