The Falcons lost to the Kickapoo Chiefs, 0-1. The Falcons finish the season 18-4.

Kickapoo will face Fort Zumwalt West in a state quarterfinal match. Fort Zumwalt West defeated Smith Cotton, 3-0.

Before the last derby, the boys in brown made a little video but forgot to send us the link.

The video, posted on YouTube, features three Poo seniors attacking a chicken (identified as a Falcon) wearing a #10 (Justin Rogers) Glendale Soccer shirt. The bird is duct-taped to a chair and pummeled with soccer balls. The soundtrack is “Cherry Cola” by the Eagles of Death Metal.

What is with all of the ornithological references?

All players and families are invited to attend Woodland Hills Community Church in Branson this Sunday. We will be attending the 11:15am service to hear Joe White, founder of Kanakuk Kamps.

We will leave Glendale at 10:00am and Coach Rogers will be driving a 15-passenger van. Players will not be permitted to drive on their own. If you would like to attend the service and can drive please contact Coach Rogers.
