The 2007-08 Glendale Girls Soccer contact list has been posted. The file is in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format and is password protected. The password was distributed at a meeting. If you forgot the password, ask around.

We are missing information for a few players. There may be other errors or omissions. Send your missing or corrected information to Judy.

Coach Rogers and our three college signees (Lou Opfer, Megan Garrad, and Maggie Schrier) will appear on The Jock 98.7 FM on Saturday at 11:00am to discuss the upcoming season.

Reminders And Clarifications

Outstanding booster fees should be paid to Karen Brewer ASAP. If you have questions or concerns feel free to contact Karen, Sara or Judy. No player is turned away for financial reasons; contact Judy if this is a concern.

Clothing orders are also due ASAP. Each player will receive one team t-shirt. The clothing order form is posted online and you should contact Anna Moffe immediately if you have not yet placed an order.

There was miscommunication regarding our hotel arrangements for the Sedalia and Iowa tournaments. The players will have no hotel expense; please disregard the handout concerning player room reservations. Parent hotel reservations should be made soon for both trips.

We are still looking for photography volunteers. We have at least one parent committed to photographing both JV and Varsity games but additional help is needed. If you can take high resolution digital pictures at any games please contact Sara. Pictures will be used on both the website and the team’s end of the year video.

Signing Ceremony

A ceremony for all seniors intending to play college soccer next fall will be held this Wednesday at 3:00p.m. in the Glendale Library. We encourage everyone to attend and support these seniors as they finalize their academic and soccer futures. A reception will follow the signings.

Our committed seniors include:

Lou Opfer, Truman State University (D2)
Maggie Schrier, Hendrix College (D3)
Megan Garrad, William Jewell College (NAIA)

Any other committed seniors who have not contacted Judy Frewin to confirm for Wednesday should do so ASAP.
