Falcons Defeat Gibault

The Falcons defeated the Gibault Hawks, 4-0, to claim 3rd Place in the Gold Division of the Kickapoo Shootout. Liberty won the Gold Division by defeating Parkway West in overtime, 3-2.
Match Stats: Lindsey Sprouse (2G), Lorin Opfer (1G/1A), Emily Cline (1G), Jamie Bond (1A).

The cumulative match stats will be updated and a bunch of new photos will be added sometime this weekend.

Falcons Defeat Jefferson City

The Falcons defeated the Jefferson City Jays, 3-1. Jefferson City is ranked 12th in Class 2.

Match Stats: Lindsey Sprouse (2G), Emily Cline (1G/1A), Lorin Opfer (2A), Megan Garrad (1A).

The Falcons will play the winner of the Liberty/Notre Dame game tomorrow morning at 10:00am on KHS North. Liberty is ranked 6th in the Class 2 poll. Notre Dame is ranked 7th in Class 1.

Win or lose, we will play our third game at 3:30pm.

Lou says blue shorts, blue shirts, white socks for the 10:00am match, but make certain to bring everything.

Graham Basecke is a Hoosier!

Congratulations to junior Graham Basecke on his verbal commitment to play soccer at Indiana University.

The Hoosiers are a premier NCAA Division I soccer program that has won 7 NCAA men’s soccer championships, including back-to-back championship in 2003 and 2004. IU competes in the Big 10 Conference.
