A bring-your-own lunch tailgate party is being planned to help celebrate the Falcons quarterfinal appearance. Be there to help us welcome the team as they arrive and help create a festive atmosphere before the girls take the pitch.

The Falcons (20-5) will travel to the Missouri S&T campus in Rolla on Saturday, May 24 at 2:00pm to play a state quarterfinal match against the Incarnate Word Academy Red Knights (17-2-1). The Falcons will be the home team.
The bus for Rolla will depart from Glendale at 10:45am on Saturday.
Here are the directions provided by Missouri S&T to the Bullman Multi-Purpose Building:
From I-44 East (From Springfield)
Take the second Rolla exit #185. At the top of the ramp, turn right onto University Drive and proceed to the stoplight. At the stoplight, turn right onto Hwy 63/Bishop Ave. and merge into the right lane. At the next stoplight, turn right onto 10th Street.

The Falcons defeated the Ozark Tigers, 5-0, to win the Southwest sectional.
Match Stats: Emily Cline (4G), Lindsey Sprouse (1G), Emilee Williams (2A), Jamie Bond (1A), Lorin Opfer (1A).
The Falcons were also sectional champs in 2003 & 2004.

No practice on Wednesday. The Varsity will practice at 4:00pm on Thursday.

All six Glendale Varsity seniors have been selected for the Southwest All-Star game which will be played on Thursday, June 19 on Cooper 1.
Congratulations to Megan Garrad, Lorin Opfer, Maggie Schrier, Jamie Bond, Rachel Duckworth, and Ashleigh Dallas on being selected.
Five Glendale boys were selected in the Fall: Tucker Downs, Patrick McCarthy, Tyler McElroy, Shaun Morris, and Justin Rogers.
