There are several rooms available at the Drury Inn Suites Southwest which is where the team is staying. This is the newer Drury Inn, a few miles away from the other. It is right off of I-44 & 141.
The Group Reservation department is not open until Monday so we can’t make a group reservation. If you call ASAP, you can probably get a room there.

The Glendale Falcons defeated the Jefferson City Jays, 3-0, in the state quarterfinals and will advance to the the state final four to play DeSmet. The semifinal will be played on Friday, November 21 at 8:00pm at the A-B Center in Fenton. The other semifinal will be played at 6:00pm.
This is Glendale’s third trip to the final four and first since 1994.
Match Stats: Ian Newport (2G), Brandon Baum (1G), Ryan Partch (1A), Hunter Horton (1A), Ryan Squires (1A).
It will be a busy, but exciting week for the Falcons. A reception for current and former Falcons is planned for Thursday, November 20 at 6:00pm in the Glendale Cafeteria. More details to follow.

Today, the Falcons (24-4-0) will play the Jefferson City Jays (13-13-1) in a state quarterfinal match at 1:00pm on Wayneville’s grass field.
This is the Falcons third quarterfinal appearance in the past four years (2005, 2006, 2008). The Falcons will be attempting to make their first final four appearance since 1994.
Today’s News-Leader has a preview of today’s match. Senior Ryan Partch says the Falcons are ready.

Glendale Girls Soccer is now selling raffle tickets for an Apple MacBook laptop computer. Tickets are $2 each or 3 for $5 and can be purchased from you favorite Falcon, or by emailing Glendale Soccer. The drawing will be held on Friday, December 12.
Additional fundraisers are in the planning stages. Watch the website for further information. Any questions can be addressed to Sara Jordan or Judy Frewin.
At the information meeting held this week players received a letter to parents, but if you could not attend, or the letter didn’t make it home, it is available online.

The Varsity will meet in the Glendale Library at 3:15pm today.
On Saturday, players should be at Glendale by 9:45am. The bus will depart for Waynesville at 10:00am.
