Alumna in the House?
This is the Falcons first trip to the Final Four. The Falcons have been close in the past with three previous state quarterfinal appearances (2008, 2004, 2003). We would love to know about Falcons Soccer alumna who will be in St. Louis this weekend to support the team. Leave a comment and let us know. I’m sure Coach Rogers would appreciate a group photo, too.

There two Glendale Final Four t-shirts, but only one will be available for sale in quantity.
First, we have the 2009 variation of the “Pressure is a Privilege” design. These are 100% cotton, light blue shirts that were created for the t-shirt swap at the Tournament of Champions. The other team did not bring shirts to exchange, so we had unused shirts.
J&K Soccer has added Final Four artwork to the back of these shirts for free. Each player (Varsity & JV) will receive one of these shirts for free. Some players will receive a shirt that is a size too large. Remember, these shirts were originally purchased for a team with bigger players.
After we had arranged to re-purpose the TOC trade shirts, we received an offer we could not refuse. The Lemons family has relatives with a screenprinting business, Prairie Mountain Screening in Lockwood, that wanted to support Jacinda and the team and offered to design and screen shirts at cost. They took our concept and dramatically improved it. Each player (Varsity & JV) will also receive one of these shirts for free.

We will have fewer than a dozen of the “Pressure is a Privilege” shirts and we will have approximately 85 of the “Glendale Falcons 2009 Final Four” shirts to sell. The shirts are $7.00 each and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Shirts will go on sale at 10:00am on Friday in the Glendale parking lot as players arrive to board the bus. We will take any remaining shirts to St. Louis, but it will be much easier if we don’t have to cart them around all weekend.
