There will be a Glendale Boys Soccer informational meeting on Wednesday, May 4 at 6:30pm in the Glendale Cafeteria. Interested players and their parents should plan to attend.

The Falcons Nation invites everyone to gather on Wednesday, April 20 at 3:00pm in the Glendale Library as we celebrate the seniors who will be continuing their soccer careers in college.
A signing ceremony will be held with a reception to follow. All family, friends and fans are invited to attend.
At this time, five Falcons have made college soccer commitments:
Emily Cline – Drury University (D2)
Sarah Helm – MidAmerica Nazarene University (NAIA)
Reece Conner – Drury University (D2)
Alec Martinez – Colorado College (D3)
Jake Rogers – Crowder College (JuCo)

MidAmerica Nazarene University is an NAIA school located in Olathe, Kansas. The Pioneers are members of the Heart of America Athletic Conference.

The Varsity defeated the West Plains Zizzers, 4-0.
Match Stats: Molly Brewer (3G), Emily Cline (1G), Becca Burton (1A).
The Varsity will practice at 4:00pm on Wednesday.
The JV defeated the West Plains Zizzers, 10-0.
Match Stats: Sarah Powell (4G), Jacqueline Cook (1G/1A), Nikki Bates (1G/1A), Spencer Hefton (1G/2A), Becca Burton (1G), Andrea Robertson (1G/1A), Jennifer Pittman (1G), Sarah Molica (1A), Jessie Rogers (1A), Catherine Aubuchon (1A).
No JV practice on Wednesday. The JV will practice on Thursday at 3:45pm.

This weekend the Falcons will be playing in the 2011 Kickapoo Lady Chiefs Shootout.
On Friday, April 15 the Falcons will play the Poplar Bluff Mules at 6:00pm on Kickapoo South. With a win, the Falcons will play at 10:00am on Saturday against the winner of the Rock Bridge vs. Jackson match on Kickapoo South. With a loss, the Falcons will play at 10:00am on Parkview’s grass field against the loser of the Rock Bridge vs. Jackson match.
The Jackson Indians are ranked #13 in the first Class 3 poll. The Rock Bridge Bruins received 5 votes in the first poll.

Congratulations to Senior Reece Conner on his commitment to play soccer for the Drury University Panthers.
Drury competes in NCAA Division II and is a member of the Great Lakes Valley Conference.

The Falcons head east today to take on the West Plains Zizzers. Players will be dismissed at 1:15pm with bus departure at 1:45pm. the JV match will kickoff at 5:00pm with the Varsity match to follow. Driving directions and the transportation release form are online.
