Falcons vs. Neosho Wildcats

Today (Thursday, April 28), the Falcons will travel west to take on the Neosho Wildcats. Players will be dismissed at 1:15pm and the bus will depart from Glendale at 1:45pm.

Neosho has a limited number of players for tonight’s games. The JV match, which will kickoff at 5:00pm, will end at halftime with the Varsity match to follow.

Falcons Defeat Ozark Tigers

The Varsity defeated the Ozark Tigers, 3-0.
Match Stats: Emily Cline (3G), Allison Yoakam (1A), Drianna Raff (1A).

The JV defeated the Ozark Tigers, 3-0.
Match Stats: Sarah Powell (3G), Becca Burton (2A), Abby Greene (1A).

Glendale. Hillcrest. Rain. Duh.

The JV defeated Hillcrest, 3-0, in a match that was called at halftime due to lightning. The match will not be finished.
Match Stats: Sarah Powell (2G), Jacqueline Cook (1G/1A), Spencer Hefton (1A), Keri Cook (1A).

The Varsity match has been rescheduled for Monday, May 2 at 4:00pm at Hillcrest.

Hillcrest Match Change

Tomorrow’s (Tuesday, April 26) match against the Hillcrest Hornets has had a change of time and venue.

The match has been moved to JFK Stadium. The JV match will kickoff at 5:30pm with the Varsity match to follow.

8:30am
Kickapoo vs. Parkview
Kickapoo South

Glendale vs. Catholic
Kickapoo North

10:30am
Winners play on Kickapoo South
Losers play on Kickapoo North

Statewide Poll #2

The Falcons remain ranked 15th in the second statewide Class 3 Missouri Soccer Coaches Poll.

Other teams of interest:

  • Rock Bridge is ranked 14th.
  • Rolla received 16 votes.
  • Nixa received 15 votes.
  • The Kansas City area reigns supreme with #1 Liberty and #2 Lee’s Summit North.
